We do not guarantee visa approval, university admission, or specific examination scores.
Students must provide accurate information during booking and registration.

2. Operational Requirements

Students must maintain a stable internet connection and functional device during examinations.
Students should arrive before the scheduled examination time.
Scholars Point reserves the right to cancel support services for policy violations or misconduct.

3. Payments & Refund Policy

All payments are subject to service policies and booking requirements.
Refund requests may not be approved after registration or booking confirmation.
Rescheduling requests should be submitted before the examination date.

4. Limitation of Liability

Scholars Point is not responsible for technical issues, server failures, examination cancellations, or third-party platform errors beyond our control.

Users are responsible for maintaining valid documents and examination requirements.
